Team Check:

This survey allows team members to rate their team on important dimensions that are characteristic of high performance teams. Several factors are assessed to provide a holistic view of factors affecting the working climate within the team, factors affecting the context within which the team must work and outcome factors like increased performance, perceived growth as individuals and as a team, and pride in being a member of the team.
